With 2 pads at each end, this Enforcer training sled is ideal for reviewing players’ posture, packing and drilling technique. They can also be used for specific fitness and conditioning to develop core and leg drive strength.

These machines are designed for a Push of War rather than a Tug of War, forcing each individual to look up at their opponent whilst remaining on the balls of their feet and keeping their core fully engaged.

It also reduces the risk of injury, due to the lack of direct contact with your opponent/opponents.
