The Enforcer Rugby equipment line has been developed by its parent company Corkhill’s Engineering, which is located in Boorowa in regional New South Wales, Australia. The business has operated since 1992 under the management of Matthew Corkhill.

Matthew Corkhill has a lifetime of rugby involvement as a tight head and loose head prop, hooker, and represented Southern Province for a number of years. During his playing career he used a wide range of scrummaging machines built domestically, internationally and many more built in backyards. Matthew identified the need for improvement in the technical and safety aspects of existing scrum machines and committed to a rigorous research and development program to innovate the unique and patented Enforcer Disc Brake and Twin Roller System.

The Enforcer team has recently grown and is joined by former Wallaby and current Ulster prop Rod Moore. Rod is currently based in Belfast and is developing Enforcer's interests in the UK, Irish and French professional rugby markets.

Enforcer's business growth and success story has recently featured on ABC TV, the Australian Financial Review, Sunday Telegraph and the company was a finalist for the 2003 Sport Industry Australia Sport Export Award.

In 2005 Enforcer continues to expand its product range and international market coverage and has emerged as the leading scrum machine manufacturer in the southern hemisphere. Exports into the US and Ireland are steadily growing and Enforcer will be targeting the UK and France in the lead up to the 2007 Rugby World Cup.
